Cancellation Policy

Please cancel appointments within 24 hours prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to charge costs if cancelled too late. No shows will be charged fully.
Please give at least 24hours notice as a courtesy to both our stylists and other clients. Giving notice will help us re-schedule your service to a more convenient time. We will charge no shows.
We offer a discount of 4,- on a haircut for students on Tue-Wed-Thu (when in possession of a valid student registration card). Childrens haircut of 2,50 discount (up to 12 yrs) : Tue-Wed-Thu.
